Trade show planners and promoters enjoy access to Monroeville Convention and Events Center's full suite of onsite audiovisual services by PSAV, including enhanced lighting, screens and monitors along with onsite catering, heavy electrical hook-ups and overflow parking with free and low-cost shuttle options. Our team can assist with marketing, tickets and registration setup and security staffing. For catering, the culinary team at the adjacent DoubleTree by Hilton hotel offers up varied menus and buffet setups. AV & Technology

Wi-Fi is available throughout the building at $9.95 per connection, per day. Show promoters can order at bulk rates. Wired internet and custom network solutions are available, including static IP addresses, and specific bandwidth capacities. Audiovisual services can be arranged through PSAV, our in-house partner. PSAV services include projectors/screens/monitors, microphones, speakers, mixers, enhanced lighting solutions and dedicated technician support.

Loading Dock

We offer a loading dock with three bay doors and a drive-up ramp with a 13-ft high door that can accommodate tractor trailers. Overnight parking of personal RV's is not permitted to allow for spaces closer to entrances for attendees and buyers at shows, and due to our partnership with the DoubleTree.

Tickets & Registration

The center offers two fixed ticket offices outside of the North Hall. Portable ticket booths with heat and AC can be placed outside either hall, and portable, high-countered registration desks are available to be placed inside either hall according to your specific floor plan needs.


Expert Services For Your Convention
The convention center's partnership with the on-campus DoubleTree by Hilton hotel offers trade show planners access to the hotel's professional culinary and catering team for upcoming events. Menu options include plated dinners and lunches, buffets, brunches and a la carte selections. Hors d'oeuvres and concessions can also be set up per a planner's request and the convention center offers a 1,150 square-foot concession kitchen onsite.


Generous placement of electrical hookups are available for standard (110V/20 AMP) and heavy electric (208V/30 AMP) lines. There is standard electric on each pillar and heavy electric on every other pillar. Additional heavy electric can be run from designated wall connection locations or to portable boxes.

Marketing Assistance

Trade show planners can take advantage of extra promotion assistance for their event with listings on our web site calendar, marketing e-blasts, signage on the convention center building and along PA Route 22, as well as posts on DoubleTree hotel's and the center's social media outlets.

We provide roving security personnel and our supervisory staff is trained in crowd control and basic emergency response. For dedicated security personnel for your show, please ask your sales or convention service planning contact for referrals to our preferred security agencies. When both halls have been vacated for the night, the entire building is locked down. Arrangements can be made for your show security to have 24-hour access to the building.
